There is a lot of misconception about Ashtanga Yoga practise namely – ‘its very hard’, ‘its not for me’, ‘i get bored doing same sequence everyday’ etc.
Well, lets try to understand why the practise is the way it is by going deep into the concept.
The main concept around which the sequence is built is called –
“Trishtana”
There are three main aspects of the practice, Ujjayi (Deep and even sound Breathing), Drishti (Vision point) and Bandha (energy lock).
There will be an hour of theory, Q & A, Chanting Mantra and meaning of it, and 2 hours of primary sequence practise.
With proper guidance, Almost anyone can take this practice and reap the benefits coming from it. A regular practice presents the practitioner with a strong, light and healthy body.
We will go through all the poses with Easier, Intermediate and Full version for every pose and Vinyasas. Beginners and advanced practioners will be addressed accodingly and will benifit from this workshop.
Demonstration and Hands-on adjustments will also be done.
